Flood Damage Home Claims

Advocate Public Adjustment will not handle any NFIP FEMA Government Flood Claims. The reason is because the “NFIP” National Flood Insurance Program” is a Federal Program and they do not recognize Public Adjusters.
They DO NOT adhere to state law and state regulations set by the PENNSYLVANIA STATE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT.
FEMA does not or will not place a “Public Adjuster” or a Public Adjusters Company’s ” name on the settlement check that was negotiated by the Public Adjuster. This will cause major problems and is not worth the challenge.
Therefore, we will not adjust any NFIP FEMA “Flood Claims” because of this specific reason.
FEMA and the NFIP are very difficult to deal with as you could see from the North Carolina Flood victims and the California Fire victims. The Government Flood Policy is horrible and very limited in coverage options.
However, as explained in the Property Claim Tips “Home Flood Claims Course” there are “PRIVATE FLOOD POLICIES” available now. You are not forced to purchase the “GOVERNMENT FLOOD POLICY ” any longer. Competition is good and there are much better products available, then the Government Flood Policy.
We suggest going to our sister company “Property Claim Tips” and review the supplemental “HOMEOWNER VIDEO FLOOD CLAIM COURSE” that was created just for you! It is a FANTASTIC Value and every home owner should have this supplemental course added to the library.
