Rick Kinney, the proud owner of Advocate Public Adjustment has been a licensed public adjuster since 1992 Full-Time. He started his company back in 2003 decades ago. He has a Paralegal Degree, a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson license. He grew up in the building trades as Bucks County, Pennsylvania was growing at a tremendous pace during the 1980’s. He also worked in a lumber yard when he was younger during this period. He knows and understands Property Damage and the values placed on owning a home. After all, this is the American Dream…right?
